Los funcionarios que hayan obtenido una evaluación no satisfactoria durante le desempeño de su servicio docente, perderán el derecho a que la Empresa los designe nuevamente para esta actividad, bien sea de planta, por encargo de funciones, o de cátedra. CAPITULO IV Disposiciones varias.
