Para que el portador de una "visa de tránsito" pueda salir del país con el sobrante de moneda extranjera que haya introducido al mismo, deberá declarar ante el Capitán del Puerto la cantidad de moneda extranjera que traiga consigo a su arribo a Colombia, cantidad que se anotará en le pasaporte con la firma del funcionario que reciba la declaración.
