º. Para los efectos de este Decreto, se entiende por Optometría la mensuración y determinación de los defectos de refracción, de acomodación y de equilibrio de los ojos, el ensayo y la prescripción de los lentes que corrigen tales defectos, sin el uso de drogas, medicina o intervención quirúrgica.
