Articulo 14 . Se perderá el derecho de la Orden del Mérito Exportador por los siguientes motivos

Haber sido condenado por delitos comunes o sancionado por infracciones al Estatuto Cambiario, Aduanero y por competencia desleal.

Por actos públicos que hagan a la persona indigna de pertenecer a una corporación de honor.

Por cualquier acto o hecho que afecte el honor y la dignidad de la República de Colombia.
