Modificación de las garantías. Los beneficiarios de solicitudes de concesión, autorizaciones temporales u homologaciones deberán restablecer el valor de las garantías cuando este se haya visto reducido por reclamaciones de la entidad otorgante y en cualquier evento en que se adicione el valor del contrato, se prorrogue su término o haya variación en los valores que sirvieron de base para la determinación de la cuantía de la garantía.
