Cuando el Gobierno Nacional, en virtud de los dispuesto en el artículo 91 del Decreto-Ley 294 de 1973, se viniere precisando a reducir o aplazar apropiaciones que afecten los presupuestos de los Establecimientos Públicos Nacionales, éstos procederán a efectuar los ajustes en sus presupuestos, con aprobación del ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público-Dirección General de Presupuesto-y cuando se trate del presupuesto de inversión con aprobación del Departamento Nacional de Planeación.
