CONTROL ADMINISTRATIVO. Los jefes de la División Delegada de Presupuesto del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público verificarán, de conformidad con lo establecido en el presente Decreto, que las compromisos que se originen por dichos conceptos no exceden el valor límite por servicios personales, debiendo abstenerse de refrendar los que excedan tal límite.
