º. Noción . La orientación al Servicio Público consiste en el proceso encaminado a suministrarle al funcionario los conocimientos básicos de la estructura del Estado Colombiano, de las funciones propias de la Rama Ejecutiva del Poder Público, a informarlo sobre sus derechos y obligaciones y la importancia que para el servicio público y la comunidad tiene el eficiente desempeño de sus funciones.
