Validez . El carnet de manipulador de alimentos tendrá una validez de un (1) año y con el lleno de los requisitos señalados en el artículo anterior podrá ser renovado por períodos iguales.
La autoridad sanitaria competente podrá exigir exámenes destinados a complementar o adicionar los señalados en el artículo anterior. CAPITULO X. De la vigilancia y control y las sanciones.
