Informe al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público sobre variaciones de la situación financiera. Las entidades estatales enumeradas por el artículo 2.2.2.3.1. del presente capítulo que celebren operaciones de crédito público autorizadas con fundamento en los documentos que indica el artículo precedente, deberán informar trimestralmente al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público -Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional- las variaciones en su situación financiera que, a juicio de la entidad que efectuó inicialmente su valoración, pueden afectarla de manera significativa y adversa.
