Son también de propiedad particular los petróleos adjudicados legalmente como minas durante la vigencia del artículo 112 de la Ley 110 de 1912 , bastando en este último caso para los efectos de los incisos primero y segundo del artículo 6oºde la presente Ley, presentar el título de adjudicación expedido por autoridad competente durante la vigencia del citado artículo del Código Fiscal.
