° Cuando un objeto de utilidad pública exija que se aplique á él valor de alguna finca del común, podrá la Corporación municipal acordar la venta de tal finca con el objeto expresado, siendo necesaria la aprobación del Gobernador en los términos del artículo anterior. Del mismo modo podrá la Corporación municipal dar aplicación á los principales que se reconozcan en favor del común.
