Los materiales genéticos básicos producido por la industria privada que vayan a entregarse para su multiplicación y distribución al l público, en la forma de materiales mejorados, deben ser Inscritas en el Ministerio de Agricultura. Esta inscriban requiere la descripción del material y la identificación del mismo, con un numero, o un nombre o ambos que habrán de conservarse.
