Acompañamiento jurídico . Con el fin que las víctimas individuales y colectivas puedan ejercer de manera efectiva sus derechos constitucionales, las entidades estatales competentes para la ejecución de lo establecido en el presente decreto, deberán contar con personal permanente y especializado en acompañar y asesorar a víctimas, colectivas e individuales, pertenecientes al pueblo Rrom.
