Presupuesto De La Empresa Colombiana De Petroleos Manejo De Recursos En Moneda Extranjera De Ecopetrol

ECOPETROL S.A. deberá enviar anualmente al Banco de la República un presupuesto que incluya todos sus ingresos y egresos en moneda extranjera proyectados para el año siguiente. Dicha información deberá enviarse durante el mes de enero de cada año con corte al 31 de diciembre del año anterior.

Así mismo ECOPETROL S.A. deberá enviar trimestralmente un informe que incluya todos sus ingresos y egresos en moneda extranjera, destacando los cambios presentados frente al presupuesto inicial. Dicha información deberá enviarse dentro de los veinte días hábiles siguientes a la terminación del trimestre al cual corresponda el informe.
