Etapa de registro y valoración de la solicitud de inscripción en el RUV. Iniciará con la solicitud de inscripción en el RUV por el hecho victimizante de confinamiento la cual deberá ser recepcionada por el Ministerio Público, en el formato dispuesto por la Unidad para las Víctimas. El Ministerio Público radicará la declaración ante la Unidad para las Víctimas para la verificación del cumplimiento de los requisitos mínimos y, posteriormente, se adoptará una decisión de fondo frente a la solicitud de inscripción en el RUV, la cual será debidamente notificada.
