Decreto 1801 de 1995 · por el cual se reglamenta el ejercicio de la profesión de Geógrafo y se dictan otras disposiciones.

º. El Colegio Profesional de Geógrafos incluirá en su Reglamento el procedimiento para otorgar la Tarjeta Profesional de Geógrafo, su diseño y características. Los derechos por la expedición de la Tarjeta equivalen al treinta por ciento (30%) del salario mínimo mensual vigente en el momento de aprobarse la solicitud del interesado. El Colegio determinará anualmente el valor del formulario de solicitud de aquella Tarjeta.

Parágrafo 1

Los recursos por concepto de expedición de la Tarjeta Profesional y otros derechos se administrarán autónomamente y serán invertidos en los gastos de funcionamiento del Colegio Profesional de Geógrafos.
