El remate debe ser aprobado por el Ministro respectivo, si en su celebración se llenaron las formalidades legales y el rematador cumplió con lo de su cargo.
La copia de la diligencia del remate y dela resolución aprobatoria, autorizada por el Subsecretario, constituye el título de propiedad del rematador y debe ser inscrita, si se trata de inmuebles, en la oficina de registro correspondiente.
