Los Inspectores Provinciales fijarán temas prácticos sobre casos concretos y los remitirán por escrito a todos los maestros de sus respectivas Provincias Escolares a fin de que ellos envíen mensualmente a la Inspección Escolar la respuesta a las cuestiones que le hayan sido propuestas.

Parágrafo

Los Inspectores recibirán y calificarán tales respuestas y las mandarán al respectivo Director General de Instrucción Pública, quien publicará en el periódico del ramo las que considere de mayor importancia.
