º . Los Mercados Mayoristas deben contemplar dentro de sus estatutos, aspectos relacionados con

a)

Seguridad alimentaria;

b)

Transparencia en la información, divulgación y formación de precios;

c)

Cumplimiento de normas de calidad y empaque de los productos;

d)

Cumplimiento de las normas sobre pesas y medidas;

e)

Establecimiento de controles que eviten las prácticas de comercio desleales;

f)

Cumplimiento de las normas sobre salubridad, higiene y saneamiento básico, y

g)
