Cuando se compruebe que los aportes no han sido pagados íntegramente, la Superintendencia deberá exigir, bajo apremio de multas hasta de cincuenta mil pesos, que tales aportes se cubran u ordenar la disolución de la sociedad, sin perjuicio de que la responsabilidad de los socios se deduzca como en la sociedad colectiva.
