Los integrantes de las Comisiones de Conciliación Ad hoc determinarán la duración de la Audiencia a que hace referencia el artículo anterior, pero en ningún caso ésta podrá exceder de tres (3) días calendario, al cabo de los cuales, si no se ha adoptado una decisión se entenderá que no hubo arreglo.
