Quedará exento del impuesto establecido en el artículo anterior el carbón no coquizable que se suministre a las plantas térmicas de generación eléctrica para servicio público y aquellas destinadas a la producción de combustibles sintéticos y otros productos que sustituyan el uso de hidrocarburos.
