Son funciones de la Sección de Visitaduría:

a)

Practicar, de oficio o petición de parte, visitas a entidades que manejen o distribuyan el subsidio familiar y rendir los informes a que hubiere lugar;

b)

Adelantar las investigaciones administrativas en las entidades que manejen o distribuyan subsidio familiar y elaborar los informes correspondientes, y tomar las medidas cautelares cuando fuere del caso;

c)

Organizar y desarrollar sistemas técnicos para las investigaciones, visitas y revisión de cuentas de las entidades sometidas al control de la Superintendencia del Subsidio Familiar;

d)

Ejercer las demás funciones que le confiera la ley o le sean adscritas o delegadas.
