º Para los efectos de la seguridad de los testigos, de que trata el artículo 673 del Decreto-ley 0050 de 1987, las autoridades civiles y militares del orden nacional, departamental y municipal estarán obligadas a adoptar, en forma inmediata, las medidas que el Director de Instrucción Criminal solicite. Cuando la colaboración se solicite a una autoridad del orden nacional se tramitará por el Director Nacional de Instrucción Criminal. Cuando las medidas de seguridad ordenadas por los directores de Instrucción Criminal den lugar a erogaciones, éstas se harán con cargo al erario municipal, departamental o nacional, según la autoridad a la que se le solicite. Este Decreto rige a partir del 1º de julio de mil novecientos ochenta y siete (1987).
