TITULOS DE LAS ACCIONES. Las acciones de propiedad de las personas jurídicas de derecho público serán expedidas en formato y serie distinta de las acciones de la clase de las privadas. Las primeras serán "Clase A" y todas las demás "Clase B". Los requisitos formales de los títulos son los que establece el Código de Comercio. Cuando se registre en el libro de accionistas la adquisición de acciones de la "Clase A" por quien no fuere persona jurídica de derecho público, lo anotará el Banco luego de anular el título antiguo y expedir uno de la "Clase B" .
