Para la comprobación de todo grado militar en la jerarquía de Oficiales y Suboficiales, el Ministerio de Defensa expedirá el respectivo Despacho, expresando la antigüedad en el grado que corresponda al interesado, la cual será la señalada en el Decreto respectivo. Los Comandos de Fuerza procederán en la misma forma respecto a los Suboficiales.
