º . Los empleados públicos de carrera administrativa a quienes se les suprime el cargo como consecuencia de lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto, podrán optar entre ser indemnizados o ser incorporados a empleos de carrera equivalentes, conforme a lo consagrado en la Ley 443 de 1998, y demás normas que la reglamenten, modifiquen o adicionen.
