Art. 17. El Inspector llevará un registro en que anotará todas las circunstancias que fijen su atención en las visitas de la escuela y las providencias que crea conveniente proponer. Esta diligencia será suscrita por el Inspector local y el Maestro de la escuela, y copia de ella se enviará al Inspector provincial para los efectos que le correspondan.
