Artículo decimocuarto. La vigilancia fiscal del Instituto Nacional de Nutrición corresponde a la Contraloría General de la República. Los gastos que demande este servicio son de cargo del Instituto, y corresponde a la Contraloría General de la República el nombramiento del .personal necesario en aquéllos cargos que de común acuerdo con la Junta Directiva, se creen para ese fin.
