Los Jueces Municipales de la Clase "B", devengarán la cantidad de dos mil quinientos pesos mensuales ($ 2.500.00), los Jueces Municipales de la Clase "C", los Jueces de Instrucción Criminal adscritos a las Brigadas Militares, y los Jueces Territoriales, devengarán la cantidad de dos mil pesos mensuales, ($ 2.000.00), cuando no sean abogados titulados.
