Art. 72. Los Tribunales Superiores impondrán multas de veinticinco á cincuenta pesos á los Prefectos, Fiscales y Alcaldes que no les envíen mensualmente las actas de las visitas que en virtud del artículo 242 de la Ley 153 de 19887, tienen el deber de practicar en los Juzgados Superiores de Distrito Judicial y en los de Circuito.

Las resoluciones que los Tribunales Superiores dicten en cumplimiento de este Artículo se publicaran en el periódico oficial del respectivo Departamento.
