Art 9.° Los documentos de crédito que se presenten para ser convertidos, serán perforados a presencia del interesado, inmediatamente que se acepte la conversion por la secretaría del tesoro i crédito nacional. Se tomará nota de ellos por el director, con espresion del valor, serie i numeracion de los vales i número de cupones anexos. Efectuada la conversion i anotados los nuevos bonos, se dará la órden de abono a cargo de la tesorería jeneral, a cuya oficina deberán haberse remitido juntamente con los espedientes cancelados.
