ARTICULO 162 . Obligación de comparecer . Salvo las excepciones legales, toda persona está obligada a comparecer ante el funcionario judicial que la requiera, cuando sea citada para la práctica de diligencias. La desobediencia será sancionada de conformidad con el artículo 258 del Código de Procedimiento Penal.
