° Del plazo para presentar las ternas. Las ternas de candidatos a que se refieren los artículos 1°, 2° y 3° del presente Decreto, deberán ser presentadas al Presidente de la República, por intermedio del Presidente del Instituto de Seguros Sociales, dentro de los treinta días calendario anteriores al vencimiento del período de que trata el artículo 8° del Decreto número 2148 de 1992.
