El Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones emitirá los lineamientos y requisitos para la viabilidad de los proyectos que utilicen el mecanismo de Asociación Público Privada, cuya viabilidad y aprobación serán emitidas por la entidad competente de acuerdo con la fuente de recursos a invertir mediante este mecanismo.
