Destinase la suma de veinte mil pesos ($20.000) para construir una prolongación en el ramal de la Carretera Central del Norte, que partiendo de Sogamoso y pasando por Iza vaya a la laguna de Tota, ramal que llevara el nombre de Carretera General Sergio Camargo.

Parágrafo 1

El Gobierno queda facultado para contratar la construcción de esta obra en condiciones que esté lista para inaugurarse solemnemente el día del centenario del General Camargo.

Parágrafo 2

Facultase igualmente para tomar esta cantidad del fondo general para carreteras, del Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia y para abrir el crédito adicional que se hiciere necesario.
