Financiación de las Indemnizaciones . La Nación-Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, dentro del término establecido en el Decreto 797 de 1949, transferirá a la entidad en liquidación los recursos suficientes para que pueda cumplir con el pago de las indemnizaciones y demás acreencias laborales a que tengan derecho los trabajadores oficiales y los empleados públicos que sean retirados.
