El Ministro de Justicia y del Derecho y el Director del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario INPEC en sus respectivas entidades podrán organizar en cualquier tiempo los comités, comisiones o grupos internos de trabajo que se requieran para el desarrollo de los objetivos, planes y programas de la Entidad a su cargo.
