De conformidad con la Ley 12, de 1932, que estableció gravámenes especiales para atender al servicio del empréstito patriótico destinado a la defensa nacional, se estiman los ingresos especiales por dichos gravámenes para el año fiscal de 1934 en la suma de un millón ciento diez mil pesos ($ 1.110.000), así:
