Legitimación para reclamar. Tratándose de los servicios de salud previstos en el presente Capítulo, prestados a una víctima de accidente de tránsito, de evento catastrófico de origen natural, de evento terrorista, o de otro evento aprobado, el legitimado para solicitar el reconocimiento y pago de los mismos al Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social o la entidad que se defina para el efecto, o a la compañía de seguros que expida el SOAT, según corresponda, es el prestador de servicios de salud que haya atendido a la víctima.
