Negación del Registro. Parques Nacionales Naturales de Colombia podrá negar el registro de las Reservas Naturales de la Sociedad Civil, mediante acto administrativo motivado, cuando no se reúnan los requisitos señalados en la ley o el presente reglamento, y si como resultado de la visita al predio, la autoridad ambiental determine que la parte o el todo del inmueble destinado a la reserva, no reúne las condiciones definidas en el presente Decreto.

Contra este acto administrativo procederá únicamente el recurso de reposición.
