El.monto total de las contribuciones de valorización.que se distribuyan por una obra no.podrán exceder del costo o del presupuesto de la misma y hasta un veinte. Por ciento (20%) adicional destinados a gastos de distribución y recaudación de las contribuciones, dentro de los límites del beneficio que la obra produzca a los inmuebles que han de ser gravados.
