Los Permisos Especiales Deben Contener Las Siguientes Caracteristicas: Nombre, Edad, Sexo, Estado Civil, Profesión, Lugar De Domicilio, Objeto De Viaje E Impresión Digito - Pulgar Derecha Del Interesado; Constancia De Que Éste Ha Presentado Los Documentos A Que Se Refiere El Artículo 2°

°. Los permisos especiales deben contener las siguientes caracteristicas: Nombre, edad, sexo, estado civil, profesión, lugar de domicilio, objeto de viaje e impresión digito - pulgar derecha del interesado; constancia de que éste ha presentado los documentos a que se refiere el artículo 2°., y el número o procedencia de tales documentos, o en su caso, los particulares contemplados en el artículo 4°., fecha de expedición, firma y sello del funcionario expedidor.

Parágrafo

Debe expresarse en el permiso la advertencia de que dicho documento no puede ser usado sino para regresar a Colombia.
