Artículo veintiséis . La Nación, los departamentos, les, municipios y las entidades descentralizadas podrán cooperar a la formación del patrimonio de la Corporación, suministrándole bienes de cualquier clase. Los aportes que se hagan a la Corporación no confieren derecho alguno al patrimonio de ella durante su existencia, ni faculta para intervenir en su administración por fuera de las normas estatutarias.
