Para efectos de lo establecido en el artículo 29 de la Ley 344 de 1996, en el marco de las leyes que lo implementen, entiéndase que la referencia a las sentencias y conciliaciones judiciales es aplicable a otros mecanismos de solución alternativa de conflictos, tales como la amigable composición, que tengan efectos de cosa juzgada en última instancia en los términos del Código Civil y en los que participe el Ministerio Público.
