Así mismo dispondrá el Poder Ejecutivo se haga una esploracion científica de la riqueza mineral de los lugares que pasan a espresarse, en este orden: 1.° Del cerro de Torrá i sus contornos, en el distrito de Nóvita; 2.° Del alto San Juan, sobre el cerro de Dujurá, en el distrito de Tadó; 3.° De las cabeceras del rio San Jorje, en el distrito de Sipí; i 4.° De la seccion de Condoto, en el distrito de San Pablo, en cuya seccion se encuentran los principales criaderos de platina.
