° Estímase en $ 2.963.584.50 el importe anual de los fondos destinados a construcciones escolares y otros servicios previstos en la Ley 30 de 1944, por razón de los ingresos allí enumerados y de los del Fondo de Fomento Municipal, a saber

Por cuenta del Fondo Escolar Nacional $ 1.340.000.00

Por cuenta del Fondo de Fomento Municipal, aporte de la Nación 969.616.12

Por cuenta del Fondo de los Departamentos y Municipios, tomado el promedio de los aportes que han hecho en 1944 y 1945 y previsto en el artículo 8° de la Ley 30 653.968.38 Total en un año $ 2.963.584.50
