Los documentos allegados al expediente de la causa mortuoria, y que no tienen más objeto que el de servir al Sindicato Recaudador para la práctica de la liquidación, tienen carácter devolutivo sin necesidad de desglose, y una vez ejecutoriado el auto que apruebe los inventarios y avalúos, se pueden devolver por e1 Secretario del Juzgado.
