º Mientras se formalizara el contrato en referencia, la Asociación Colombiana de Carreteras (ASOCAR) cobrará el peaje en la cuantía que señale de acuerdo con el Ministerio de Obras Públicas, para lo cual, la Contraloría General de la República señalará la fianza de manejo correspondiente.
